UTP000001524 The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is seeking public comment on a proposed Stipulation and Consent Order (SCO) to resolve violations documented during an inspection at Monarch Nutraceuticals, Inc. on October 7, 2015. The SCO includes a penalty of $5,500.00. The public comment will commence on November 1 and end on November 30, 2016.
