NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NORTH OGDEN CITY AND THE NORTH OGDEN REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden City council and the North Ogden City Redevelopment Agency Board will hold public hearings on May 28th beginning at 6:30 pm or soon thereafter in the Council Chambers located at 505 E. 2600 N., North Ogden, UT. The hearings will be held to receive comments on the Tentative City Budget, Capital Facilities Plan, Salary Ranges and RDA Budget for the fiscal year 2013-2014. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-7211 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
