NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE I-15 AT 24TH STREET PROJECT IN OGDEN UDOT PROJECT IMD-15-7(235)0 The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), in cooperation with Ogden City, are proposing to improve the interchange of 24th Street and I-15 in Ogden, Weber County. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, FHWA and UDOT herewith advise all interested persons or groups that a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) is now available for their review. Copies of the EA are available at the UDOT Region 1 Office at 166 West Southwell Street, Ogden, the Ogden City Municipal Building at 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, and the Weber County Library at 2464 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden, as well as online at www.udot.utah.gov/24thstreetea/. Any person or group wishing to submit comments regarding the EA or Adverse Effect to the historic properties may do so at a public hearing to be held June 5, 2013, 5:00-7:30 pm at Union Station, 2501 Wall Street, Ogden , or in writing. The public comment period is thirty days, beginning from the first date of publication of this notice.
