NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described real property situated in Weber County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale on the steps at the East Main entrance of the Weber County Judicial District Court House, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah, on May 29, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 AM, of said day by Bonneville Superior Title Company, Inc., TRUSTEE, for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust dated April 13, 2009, executed by Mark L. Bingham and Amy Bingham, husband and wife, Trustor, in favor of Soderby LTD, Beneficiary, which Trust deed was recorded April 13, 2009, as Entry No. 2404329 of the Official Records of the office of the County Recorder of Weber County, State of Utah, covering real property purported to be at 5725 West 4600 South, Hooper, Utah, 84315, more particularly described as follows: A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, U.S. Survey: Beginning at a point on the center line of 5900 West Street, which is 87 feet, more or less, West of the Southwest corner of the said Quarter Section, thence North along center line of 5900 West Street 1015 feet, more or less, to the center line of 4600 South Street; thence East along the center line of 4600 South Street 1330 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 198 feet; thence West 840 feet; thence South 168.3 feet; thence East 876 feet; thence North 366.3 feet to the center line of 4600 South Street to a point 36 feet East of the point of beginning; thence West 36 feet to the true point of beginning. Tax ID No: 08-046-0068 Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances, and will be for the purpose of paying obligations secured by the Deed of Trust and expenses of Sale as provided by law.
