COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING Weber County will hold a public hearing to allow all citizens to provide input concerning the project(s) that were awarded under the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program that include: 1) Purchase land to build CROWN Homes, 2) Provide Homeowner Down Payment Assistance. These programs will be administered through the Weber Housing Authority. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents.
