NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Second District Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT 84401, on May 14, 2013, at 12:00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated November 21, 2003, and executed by KIMBERLY A. JONES, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, as Trustor, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF UTAH, A UTAH CORPORATION as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on November 25, 2003, as Entry No. 1994686, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 6159 South 1350 East, South Ogden, Utah 84405 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: UNIT C, BUILDING 13, BRIER RIDGE PRUD PHASE NO. 1, SOUTH OGDEN CITY, WEBER COUNTY, UTAH, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF. Tax ID: 07-592-0051 The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is KIMBERLY A. JONES, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale.
