NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, the Sunset City Council passed Ordinance 2013-02 and Ordinance 2013-03 adding chapter 10 "Rental Dwelling License" and chapter 11 "Better Landlord Program". These Ordinances implement and regulate rental licensing for residential rentals, including 1 and 2 family homes, and a better landlord program.
