REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WILDLIFE HAZARD ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR OGDEN - HINCKLEY AIRPORT The City of Ogden, Utah will receive sealed proposals up to the hour of 4:00 PM (MST) on the 7th day of December 2012 at the City 's Finance Office, Attn: Purchasing, 2549 Washington Blvd, Suite 510, Ogden, UT 84401, (801) 629-8743. Late proposals will not be accepted. This project will consist of conducting a Wildlife Hazard Assessment, creation of a Wildlife Hazard Management Plan (WHMP), and conducting recurrent employee Wildlife Management Training located at the Ogden - Hinckley Airport (OGD). The Wildlife Hazard Assessment must be conducted by a qualified wildlife biologist who meets the requirements in Advisory Circular 150/5200-36, Qualifications for Wildlife Biologists Conducting Wildlife Hazard Assessments and Training Curriculums for Airport Personnel Involved in Controlling Wildlife Hazards at Airports.
