CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY AT APPROX. 2950 W. 4000 S. WEST HAVEN, UT FROM C-3 TO MIXED USE AND AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN. * PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 30TH Day of November, 2016 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request to rezone property located at approx. 2950 W. 4000 S. Davis County Davis County is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The Davis County tax on a $260,000 residence would increase from $243.53 to $300.44, which is $56.91 per year. - The Davis County tax on a $260,000 business would increase from $442.78 to $546.26, which is $103.48 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, Davis County would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 23.37% above last year\'s property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
