Davis County Davis County is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The Davis County tax on a $260,000 residence would increase from $243.53 to $300.44, which is $56.91 per year. - The Davis County tax on a $260,000 business would increase from $442.78 to $546.26, which is $103.48 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, Davis County would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 23.37% above last year\'s property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
