NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale at Second Judicial District Court, front door, east side, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah, 84401 on May 15th, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. MT of said day, or as may be continued in accordance with Utah Code Ann. 57-1-27, for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust Name, originally executed by SHP ROY 5600, L.L.C. a Utah limited liability company, as trustor, in favor of First Community Bank, as trustee, for the benefit of First Community Bank as beneficiary, covering real property located in Weber County, Utah, as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto. To be eligible to bid, bidders (other than beneficiary) must deliver a deposit to Steven T. Waterman, Trustee, in certified funds in the amount of $15,000.00 and an executed copy of the Bidder Contract and Registration Form (available upon request from Trustee) PRIOR to the commencement of the sale. Each bid is an irrevocable offer. If a successful bidder fails to deliver the purchase price by close of business of the day of sale, then the monies deposited by the successful bidder will be forfeited in favor of beneficiary in addition to all other remedies available including those set forth in Utah Code Ann. 57-1-27.
