PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING The North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday February 28, 2017 at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
