NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Second District Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT 84401, on April 24, 2012, at 12:00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated January 28, 2011, and executed by SHERRIE MILLER, as Trustor, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR SECURITYNATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, A UTAH CORPORATION as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on February 1, 2011, as Entry No. 2513932, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 956 East 1100 North, Ogden, Utah 84404 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: ALL OF LOT 556, RON-CLARE VILLAGE NO. 5, OGDEN CITY, WEBER COUNTY UTAH. Tax ID: 11-070-0031 The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is SHERRIE MILLER. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $5,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale.
