IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST, DATED November 20, 2002. UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE. Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded November 22, 2002, as Instrument No. 1891868, in Book 2288, Page 2515, of the Official Records in the office at the County Recorder of Weber County, State of Utah, executed by Ila Archibald, An Unmarried Woman, will sell at public auction to highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale. Successful bidders must tender a deposit of $5,000 in certified funds to the trustee at the time of sale, with the balance due by noon the following business day, at the office of the Trustee. At the main entrance of the Weber County District Court, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State described as: Unit 83, Stonegate Phase 7, a condominium project, Washington Terrace City, Weber County, Utah. Together with a subject to those certain declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions as filed july 6, 1987. as entry no. 1017352, in book 1521, at page 417 of declaration and amended February 15, 1989, as entry no. 1087417, in book 1855, at page 1683. further amended August 29, 1989 as entry no. 1087417 in book 1566 at page 1944 and further amended November 20, 1989, as entry no. 1094779, in book 1571 at page 2190 of Weber County records; and subsequent to any amendments filed thereafter. Subject to easments restrictions and rights of way of record. Tax id no.: 07-366-0011. The street address and other common designation of the real property described above is purported to be: 5410 South 350 East #83, Washington Terrace, UT 84405. Estimated Total Debt as of March 20, 2012 is $72,360.14.
