PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held Monday, February 27, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., in the Spring City Hall, located at 150 East Center Street, Spring City, Utah.
The Mayor and City Council of Spring City will meet with the Public to discuss the application submitted to the Utah Community Impact Board that was approved by the Utah Community Impact Board.
The Utah Community Impact Board approved a matching grant of $323,175 and a loan in the amount of $323,175.
The total of the grant and loan is to be used to complete the remodeling and restoration of the Historic Old School so it may be available for community use.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input from the citizens and community concerning the grant and loan available for the completion of the Old School. Plans for the building are available in the offices of Spring City Hall, located at 150 East Center Street, during regular business hours.
If you are unable to be at the public hearing, Spring City Council welcomes any written comments that can be delivered or mailed to Spring City Hall, 150 East Center, P.O. Box 189, Spring City, Utah 84662; during regular posted business hours or submitted by e-mail at spcity@cut.net and those emails/comments will be submitted to council.
