NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, on the front steps of the Weber County Courthouse, 2525 Grant Ave., Ogden, UT, 84401, on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust originally created by Michael S. Silva, as Trustor, and the Canyon Terrace Homeowners Association, Inc, covering real property located at 1641 E 1470 S #6C, Ogden, UT 84404 more particularly described as: Unit 6C, Building 6, Canyon Terrace Condominium, Ogden City, Weber County, Utah. [[13-185-0020]] The current beneficiary of the trust is Canyon Terrace Homeowners Association, Inc, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default was Michael S. Silva. The Trustee will sell the property without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances. Bidders must be prepared to tender to Trustee a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit in certified funds or a cashier 's check at the time of sale to secure bid and pay the balance of the purchase price in the amount bid within 24 hours of the sale by cashiers check.
