NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Second District Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT 84401, on March 6, 2012, at 12:00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated March 6, 2008, and executed by KEVIN RABAGIA AND SAMANTHA RABAGIA, as Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE INC. as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on March 7, 2008, as Entry No. 2326495, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 4610 South 200 West, Washington Terrace, Utah 84405 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: ALL OF LOT 1, BLOCK 5, WASHINGTON TERRACE, PARCEL E, WEBER COUNTY, UTAH, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF. Tax ID: 25-027-0001 The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are KEVIN RABAGIA AND SAMANTHA RABAGIA. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $5,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale.
