Notice is hereby given that the Jim Noorlander and Elizabeth Noorlander trust has filed a Petition to the Sanpete County Commission to amend the Fairview Ranchos 1 Subdivision plat located north of Fairview.
The proposed amendment would remove and vacate a road easement between the south half of lot #7 and lot #8 within the subdivision. The trust desires to remove and vacate the road easement, which within said easement presently exists a garage on the south half lot #7. This is the third amendment to the Fairview Ranchos 1 Subdivision.
Anyone objecting to the proposed plat change must file a written objection with the Sanpete County Clerks Office at the Sanpete County Courthouse within 10 days of the date of this Notice.
A public hearing has been scheduled at the Sanpete County Commission Chambers in the Sanpete County Courthouse on the 20th day of August, 2013, at 2:30 p.m.
