SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK N.A. as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on May 30, 2008, as Entry No. 2345163, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 918 North Jefferson Avenue, Ogden, Utah 84404 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: LOT 126, RON-CLARE VILLAGE NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE WEBER COUNTY RECORDER. Tax ID: 11-052-0007 The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is CAMERON K. BARNEY, A SINGLE MAN. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale.
