The project consists of a new structure, utility connection work and concrete pads. The structure (approx. 2,100 sf) contains restrooms, storage, work areas. Project includes underground electrical and utilities for service to the building. 1.1.4 OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENT S: Proposal packets, including site map and bidding package, may be obtained at the office of the ENGINEER on THURSDAY AUGUST 1, 2013. 1.1.5 PRE-BID CONFERENCE : A non-mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held at the office of the OWNER on THURSDAY AUGUST 8, 2013 at 2:00 pm. 1.1.6 RECEIPT OF BIDS : Bid Proposals will be received at the office of WEST HAVEN CITY until 10:00 AM on THURSDAY AUGUST 15, 2013 1.1.7 BID AWARD : The proposals will be privately opened and evaluated. Selection shall take place on MONDAY AUGUST 19, 2013 or at some later time. 1.1.8 OWNER 'S RIGHTS RESERVED : The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive an informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the OWNER.
