AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Main Entrance, Weber County Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT, on August 20, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed on January 12, 2007 by Jose Bahena, as trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Goldenwest Federal Credit Union, its successor and assigns, covering the following real property purported to be located in Weber County at 918 East 22nd Street, Ogden, UT 84401 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as: Part of Lot 4, Block 41, Plat C, Ogden City Survey, Weber County, Utah: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4, and running thence East 38 feet, more or less, to the center of a 10 foot driveway for ingress and egress to the above described real estate and the real estate immediately adjoining on the East thereof, thence North 150 feet; thence West 38 feet, more or less, to the West boundary of said Lot 4, running thence South 150 feet along said West boundary to place of beginning.
