REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Ogden City ( "Owner ") is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Contractors for Sewer Line Rehabilitation on 2200 lineal feet of Sewer Main and Manholes. The project, in general, includes: clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, approximately 1,675 linear feet of new 10 " fusible HDPE gravity main installed using pipe bursting; approximately 525 linear feet of new 10 " fusible HDPE gravity main and or PVC installed using open-cut method across a historic landslide area; associated manholes; rehabilitation of existing manholes; surface restoration and bypass pumping. Interested firms may obtain the RFQ Information Packets beginning 9:00 AM Tuesday July 16, 2013 by downloading, at no charge, on the Ogden City Website, http://ogdencity.com under doing business - bids and proposals. SOQs to be received at the offices of the Ogden City Purchasing Agent, located at 2549 Washington Boulevard, Suite 510, Ogden, Utah 84401 until 3:00 PM July 31, 2013. Six (6) copies of the contractor 's SOQ shall be submitted. Any SOQ failing to clearly present all the requested information or failing to be in the requested format may be considered non-responsive and rejected. :The Owner will review the submitted SOQs for required content, expertise, and experience. The Owner will select the firms to be pre-qualified. All contractors submitting pre-qualification proposals will be notified in writing by August 7, 2013 whether they did or did not pre-qualify. Only pre-qualified contractors will be invited to bid on the project. The Owner 's decision will be final. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all pre-qualification proposals.
