NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the meeting conduct a public hearing on a proposed ordinance briefly described as follows: "An ordinance of Ogden City amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $2,082,114 from sources as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and increasing the appropriations for a gross increase of $2,082,114 as detailed in the body of this ordinance. " A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, Ogden, Utah. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the final passage of said ordinance will be given full time to be heard.
