State St., Farmington UT, at 11:00 a.m. on July 17, 2013, to foreclose a trust deed that Dwayne A. Matheson, ( "Matheson "), as Trustor, originally executed on January 2, 2007, in favor Don C. Hokanson and Peggy C. Hokanson, ( "the "Hokansons "), co-trustees of the Don C. Hokanson Family Protection Trust, dated December 7, 2001, of Davis County, Utah, as Beneficiary.
