NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 6:00 p.m. on June 26, 2013. Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding the proposed changes to two regulations: "Food Service and Sanitation Regulation " and "Drinking Water Fluoridation Regulation. " Copies of the regulations are available for review at the Environmental Health Services Division office located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, or the Department 's website calendar (http://www.daviscountyutah.gov/health/calendar/de fault.cfm).
