DAVIS COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE This is a notice that Davis County has received a proposal for the creation of an Agricultural Protection Area for parcel ID: 11-076-0016 and 11-076-0064, owned by Dix Roberts, Ruth Roberts, Tyson Roberts, and Danna Roberts. Any person or entity affected by the establishment of this area may, within 15 days of the date of this notice, file a written request to modify the proposal to exclude land from or add land to the Agricultural Protection Area. Davis County Commission will consider approval of this petition in a Public Hearing on June 25, 2013 at 10:00AM in the Commission Chambers of the Davis County Administration Building located at 61 South Main Street, Farmington, UT. All interested parties are encouraged to express their opinion on the matter.
