NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Second District Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT 84401, on July 9, 2013, at 12:00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated July 9, 2008, and executed by LANDON GREEN, AN UNMARRIED MAN, as Trustor, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR ACADEMY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A UTAH CORPORATION as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on July 10, 2008, as Entry No. 2353228, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 1800 East 5625 South, #C, South Ogden, Utah 84403 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: UNIT 27, BUILDING "T ", AS SHOWN IN THE RECORD OF SURVEY MAP OF YORKSHIRE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM PHASE 4, A UTAH CONDOMINIUM PROJECT, APPEARING IN THE RECORDS OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH IN BOOK 22 OF PLATS, AT PAGE 55 AS ENTRY NO. 782745, AND AS DEFINED AND DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, APPEARING IN SUCH RECORDS IN BOOK 1312, PAGE 133, OF RECORDS, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 35.04 PERCENT OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES PRESENT AND FUTURE AND SUBJECT TO THE OWNERSHIP THEREIN OF UNIT OWNERS IN FUTURE PHASES, WHICH SAID UNDIVIDED INTEREST MAY BE ADJUSTED PERIODICALLY AS TO BOTH MAGNITUDE AND THE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES TO WHICH IT RELATES IN THE EVEN FUTURE PHASES ARE ADDED TO SAID PROJECT.
