IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST, DATED April 03, 2001. UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE. At the main entrance of the Weber County District Court, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State described as: Part of Lot 6, Block 12, Plat C, Ogden City Survey, Weber County, Utah: beginning at the northwest corner of said lot 6, block 12, thence south 41.8 feet; thence east 120 feet; thence north 41.8 feet; thence west 120 feet to beginning.. The street address and other common designation of the real property described above is purported to be: 2802 Jackson Avenue, Ogden, UT 84403. Estimated Total Debt as of February 07, 2012 is $69,872.96.
