INVITATION TO BID Ogden City Corporation is accepting sealed bids from a Utah licensed sign contractor for the Manufacture and Installation of an Outdoor Monument Sign. The sign will include LED lighting. The work includes but is not limited to: using an existing concept drawing which will be made available, providing a refined design; engineer the sign and base; fabricate and install the monument sign. (Applicants must provide references of having fabricated and installed at least one similar type project in other locations.) The scope of work and specifications will be available for down load from the Ogden City website at "no cost " at http://www.ogdencity. com/en/doing_business/bids_tabulations.aspx, Bidders are responsible for securing any and all addenda issued. Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, refined design services and equipment necessary to complete said work must be submitted to the office of the City Purchasing Agent, 2549 Washington Boulevard, 5th floor, Ogden, Utah, until 3 pm, on Friday, June 14th, 2013 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
