WEST WARREN-WARREN WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District will hold elections on November 5, 2013 for three (3) Board of director positions. Two (2) positions are available for West Warren and one (1) position for Warren. These Board positions are four year terms beginning January 1, 2014. Candidates must Be: A U.S. citizen at the time of filing. At least 18 years of age. A resident of the special district for 365 days prior to election. A registered voter of the district. An owner of the service provided by the district. Never been convicted of a felony, treason, or crime.
