NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Second District Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT 84401, on June 18, 2013, at 12:00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated May 8, 2006, and executed by JEROMY R. STOKES AND SHARI L. STOKES, as Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AXIOM FINANCIAL, LLC as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on May 10, 2006, as Entry No. 2178936, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 3829 Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah 84403 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: LOTS 44, 45, AND 46, BLOCK 39, LAKE VIEW ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE WEBER COUNTY RECORDER 'S OFFICE. Tax ID: 05-131-0024 The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are JEROMY R. STOKES AND SHARI L. STOKES. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale.
