SCADA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Hooper Water Improvement District is soliciting proposals and associated bids for a SCADA system to monitor and control its facilities. Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM June 5, 2013 at the District 's office, PO Box 217, 5555 South 5500 West, Hooper Utah 84315. A mandatory pre-proposal walk-through of the sites will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2013 , commencing at 9:00 A.M. at the District office. RFP packages are available at no cost to proposers immediately by contacting the District Engineer at: dan@gardnerengineering.net. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
