NOTICE OF 2012 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE Notice is hereby given, as resolved that the Annual Meeting Schedule of the Governing Board of the Northern Utah Regional Landfill Authority for the calendar year 2012 is as follows: Regular Meeting Dates: March 26, 2012 June 25, 2012 September 24, 2012 November 26, 2012 The said regular meetings of the Northern Utah Regional Landfill Authority will be held in the large conference room of the Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District Administrative Offices, 1997 East 3500 North, Layton, Utah on the above mentioned day, commencing at 12:00 noon and continuing as long as business requires. If any meeting day falls on a legal holiday or, in the opinion of the Board Chair of the Governing Board, conflicts with other business of the Northern Utah Regional Landfill Authority, the meeting will be canceled or rescheduled. In the event of rescheduling, notice of the rescheduled meeting shall be disseminated by giving public notice as required by law. The Governing Board shall give public notice of each meeting in accordance with UCA ?? 11-13-223 and 52-4-101 through 52-4-305, as amended, by posting written notice of the meeting at the building where the meeting is to be held and providing notice to the Logan Herald Journal and the Ogden Standard Examiner.
