Information packets concerning submission requirements, potential project areas, and general guidelines may be downloaded from the Ogden City Website located at www.ogdencity.com under the Doing Business tab, or obtained from Ogden City Purchasing, 2549 Washington Blvd., Suite 510, Ogden, Utah, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Responses to this Request for Qualifications shall be submitted to the office of the City Purchasing Agent, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Suite 510 (5th Floor) Ogden, Utah, no later than Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 4:00pm.
