NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 5pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden City, Weber County, Utah, and during that meeting will then and there conduct a public hearing to consider the following: 1. to amend 15-21-2 to allow outside storage of construction material or equipment as the primary use on a manufacturing lot and to amend 15-23-5.F to allow outdoor storage as a primary use in the M-1 and M-2 zones. 2. to amend 15-39-4 and 15-39-8 (MU zone) to allow waivers to building orientation under special conditions.
