NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE APN: 09-013-0004 Trust No. 12-01038-8A Ref: Nora Ann Friedrichs IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST Dated: April 19, 2005. Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded on April 27, 2005, as Entry No. 2099351, of the official records in the office at the County Recorder of Weber County, State of Utah executed by Nora Ann Friedrichs, as Trustor, will sell at public auction to highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale. Successful bidders must tender a deposit of $20,000 in certified funds to the Trustee at the time of sale, with the balance due by noon the following business day, at the office of the Trustee. At the main entrance of the Weber County District Court, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah, all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State described as: Part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, U.S. Survey; Beginning at a point 625.3 feet South, and 386 feet West, of the Northeast corner of said quarter Section; And running thence West 68.0 feet; Thence South 112.7 feet to a road; Thence East along the road 68.0 feet; Thence North 112.7 feet to the place of beginning. The street address and other common designation, of the real property described above is purported to be: 1968 West 4900 South, Roy, Utah 84067. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if any, shown herein. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the Trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining principal sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.
