NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Second District Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT 84401, on May 7, 2013, at 12:00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated June 22, 1995, and executed by KRISTINE A. MAIAVA, as Trustor, in favor of KEY BANK OF UTAH as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on June 26, 1995, as Entry No. 1351278, in Book 1761, at Page 1957, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 706 East 1400 North, Ogden, Utah 84404 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: ALL OF LOT 4, BLOCK 12, EYRIE MEADOW SUBDIVISION NO. 2, OGDEN CITY, WEBER COUNTY, UTAH, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE WEBER COUNTY RECORDER 'S OFFICE. Tax ID: 11-010-0058 The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY nka UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are KRISTINE A. MAIAVA AND IKE MAIAVA. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale.
