NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Second District Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT 84401, on December 20, 2011, at 12:00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated July 30, 2002, and executed by JORGE CONTRERAS, as Trustor, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR ACADEMY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A UTAH CORPORATION as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on August 1, 2002, as Entry No. 1865990, in Book 2251, at Page 2675, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 621 West 24th Street, Ogden, Utah 84401 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: LOT 1, AMENDED C AVENUE SUBDIVISION, OF OGDEN CITY, WEBER COUNTY, UTAH, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF. Tax ID: 14-132-0001 The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is JORGE CONTRERAS. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $5,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale. Both the deposit and the balance must be paid to Lincoln Title Insurance Agency in the form of a wire transfer, cashier 's check or certified funds.
