NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the meeting conduct public hearings on a proposed resolution and ordinance, relative to an Annual Action Plan Amendment, briefly described as follows: "Resolution of the Ogden City Council adopting Amendment #1 to the Annual Action Plan for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, and directing that this document be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. " and "An ordinance of Ogden City amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 by increasing and decreasing the anticipated revenues for a net increase of $874,352 from sources as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and increasing and decreasing the appropriations for a net increase of $874,352 as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage. " The Council will also conduct a public hearing regarding a proposed ordinance relative to the City Budget briefly described as follows: "An ordinance of Ogden City amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $2,745,214 from sources as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and increasing the appropriations for a gross increase of $2,745,214 as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage. " Copies of the proposed resolution and ordinances are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, Ogden, Utah. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the final passage of said resolution and ordinances will be given full time to be heard.
