NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Second District Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT 84401, on April 2, 2013, at 12:00 noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated February 24, 2011, and executed by CURTIS UDALL HARAMES AND MARY L. HARAMES, as Trustors, in favor of AMERICA FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on March 1, 2011, as Entry No. 2517594, in the Official Records of Weber County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 1035 East 800 North, Ogden, Utah 84404-6613 in Weber County, Utah, and more particularly described as: LOT 1, TAMARACK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE WEBER COUNTY RECORDER. Tax ID: 11-159-0001 The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is AMERICA FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are CURTIS UDALL HARAMES AND MARY L. HARAMES. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale. Both the deposit and the balance must be paid to Lincoln Title Insurance Agency in the form of a wire transfer, cashier 's check or certified funds.
