ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for "THE 2012 CLEANING AND TELEVISING OF SANITARY SEWER LINES, Project 12-42. " The project includes the cleaning and televising of approximately 124,000 lineal feet of sanitary sewer lines. The size of lines will vary between 6 inch and 15 inch pipes. This contract shall be for the fiscal 2012 year with two optional one-year extensions possible with mutual consent. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE - $125,000.00 The bids will be accepted until 11:30 a.m. local time on March 12, 2013 at the office of the Layton City Engineer, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bid documents may be examined after Monday, February 25, 2013, at the Layton City Center Building, Lower Level, in the office of the City Engineer, located at 437 North Wasatch Drive. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained after Monday, February 25, 2013, at the same location, upon payment of $50.00 (non-refundable).
