NOTICE INVITING BIDS Separate sealed BIDS for Providing Delivery and Supply of Ferric Chloride will be received by NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT at the District offices, 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075, until 12:00 pm (local time) on March 8, 2013, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes: Delivery and Supply of Ferric Chloride for a three year period. The District intends to award the contract at the next regularly scheduled Board of Trustee 's meeting following the bid opening and issue a Notice to Proceed as soon as the required forms are in place. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be available February 25 th, 2013 and may be examined at the following locations or downloaded off of the District 's website at ndsd.org after that date.
