PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SALE/EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Roy City Redevelopment Agency will receive public comment on the proposal that the Roy City Redevelopment Agency will exchange a parcel of undeveloped real property of approximately 8.15 acres located at approximately 4000 South 2175 West in Roy City for a parcel of real property owned by the Weber School District of approximately 8.15 acres located at approximately 4230 South 2175 West. This exchange enables the construction of a new elementary school on the property currently owned by the Roy City Redevelopment Agency and the construction of a new park and enhanced business development on the property currently owned by the Weber County School District. The public comments will be received at the Roy City Redevelopment Agency Meeting on February 19, 2013 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be located at the Roy City Municipal Building, 5051 South 1900 West; Roy, Utah. Anyone interested in this matter is invited to attend the public hearing.
