NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding the proposed adoption of a new regulation: "A Housing Regulation. " The proposed regulation establishes minimum health standards for dwelling units. Copies of the regulation are available for review at the Environmental Health Services Division office located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah.
