NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of ? 11-36a-504 of the Impact Fees Act and ? 17B-1-111, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, that a Public Hearing will be held On January 10, 2012, in connection with adoption of a revised Capital Facilities Plan which sets forth the projected capital facilities needs of the District to 2035 and beyond. The Capital Facilities Plan breaks the anticipated costs into three categories. The categories are rehabilitation, replacement and new growth. The said Public Hearing will be held at the office of the North Davis Sewer District, 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 6:05 p.m. The public is invited to attend and comment. Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and the proposed Impact Fee Resolution shall be available to the public before the date of the Public Hearing at the District Office at the above address.
