NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting Schedule of the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District for the 2013 calendar year is as follows: Regular meeting dates: January 10 February 13 (Wednesday) March 14 April 11 May 9 June 13 July 11 August 8 September 12 October 10 November 14 December 12 The said regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be held at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah, on the above-mentioned second Thursday of each month, commencing at 6:00 o 'clock p.m. and continuing as long thereafter as business requires. If any meeting day falls on a legal holiday or, in the opinion of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, conflicts with other business of the District, the meeting will be canceled, unless rescheduled by resolution of the Board of Trustees which rescheduling resolution shall be disseminated by giving public notice as required by law.
