DAVIS COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 8-2012 DAVIS COUNTY ENHANCED VEHICLE EMISSIONS INSPECTION/MAINTENANCE PROGRAM ORDINANCE An ordinance providing for making technical and language changes to and amending Davis County Code Chapter 10.12 - Enhanced Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program. The Kaysville facility is now named and reflected as "The Davis County Testing Facility ". The Testing Facility is now listed as being operated by a Division "representative " for technical or administrative support of the Program. Gasoline testing was removed from the Testing Facility. New cut points to be in effect for reciprocity between the four current I/M counties in Utah. (The complete ordinance is available at the office of the Davis County Clerk/Auditor.) This ordinance was duly approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on December 11, 2012 with Commissioners P. Bret Millburn, John Petroff, Jr. and Louenda H. Downs voting in favor.
