NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Uintah City gives notice that on December 18th, 2012, during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting, which begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Uintah City Hall, 2191 E. 6550 S., Public Hearing will be held as follows: Resolution NO. 12-1113-ANX; A Resolution passed and approved of Uintah City 's Intent to Annex Property into the City and Extend the Corporate Limits of the City; and providing that this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage. The Public Hearing will begin at 7:05 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. A copy of the complete annexation plan is on file for public inspection at the City Office.
