OGDEN UTAH RECREATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ULTRA VIOLET DISINFECTION SYSTEM AT LORIN FARR POOL AND MARSHALL WHITE CENTER POOL Ogden City Corporation is accepting proposals from qualified companies to provide all necessary; materials, labor, tools, equipment, delivery, installation, plumbing, piping, cabinet bracing, factory start-up and training needed for an Ultra Violet Disinfection System at Lorin Farr Pool and Marshall White Center (MWC) Pool. Proposal packets may be down loaded free from the Ogden City Web Site at http://www. ogdencity.com/en/doing_business/bids_tabulations or may be obtained from Ogden City Purchasing; 2549 Washington Blvd., Suite 510, Ogden, Utah, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm. A mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on Thursday, November 1st, 2012 at 11:00 a.m . at the Lorin Farr Pool located at 1691 Gramercy Avenue, Ogden, UT 84404. Responses to this request for Proposal shall be submitted to the office of the City Purchasing Agent, 2549 Washington Blvd., Suite 510 (5th floor), Ogden, Utah, no later than 4:00 p.m., on November 8th, 2012. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal as it best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
