NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold three Public Hearings on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at the City Hall located at 1896 N. 1800 W., Farr West. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the first Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Re-zone the R. Ray Ward Construction Property located at 2375 North 2000 West, parcel number 19-039-0068, from the R-1-15 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone. The purpose of the second Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request for Conditional Use Permit for Rocky Mountain Truck Parts located at 3700 North 2000 West. The purpose of the third Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider approval of the Sensitive Lands Ordinance. All interested residents are invited to attend.
