REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Ogden City is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consulting engineering firms interested in providing design services for the Reconstruction of the Ogden Filter Plant. Upon evaluation of statements, Ogden City personnel will select an engineering firm to assist in the design of the Filter Plant Reconstruction. This contract will be for a period of two (2) years. Interested parties may obtain additional information concerning the anticipated scope of work, format to be submitted and evaluation criteria by visiting the Doing Business section of OgdenCity.com. The SOQ document will be posted under Bids and Tabulations. A mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on August 14, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ogden Municipal Building, 7th Floor Conference Room. Sealed statements must be submitted to the office of the City Purchasing, 2549 Washington Blvd., Suite 510, Ogden, Utah 84401 no later than 4:00 PM on August 21, 2012. Late statements will not be accepted. Ogden City reserves the right to accept or reject any SOQ if the decision best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
